Over the last three years we have been working on our proposals for a new Sporting Quarter at Ashton Gate – hopefully, you’ve had a chance to join some of the consultation sessions or seen the plans here on the website.
We intend to submit our planning application in the next few months but before doing so we wanted to invite you, as a close neighbour, to an online neighbour presentation which will update you on the plans and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Central to the proposals is a new home for the Bristol Flyers basketball team as well as a new hotel, residential units, office space, public realm, highway improvements and a new multi-storey car park. A linked scheme for housing near Ashton Vale will be submitted at the same time.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the meeting will take place on Zoom and will start with a brief overview of the scheme before a question-and-answer session. If you’re interested but don’t have access to Zoom, do get in touch.
The online event will start at 6pm on Tuesday 16th February 2021 and we expect it to last approximately one hour.
